Partly printed DS as president, one page, 23 x 19, January 31, 1925. A certificate confirming Peary Daubenfeld as Consul of Luxembourg at Redfield, South Dakota. Signed at the conclusion by Coolidge and countersigned by Charles Evans Hughes as secretary of state. Some mild marginal wrinkles and creases and light soiling at edges, otherwise fine condition. The embossed paper seal remains intact at lower left.
